Joy and our World Today

Nations go through processes comparable to those of the individual on the way to the highest realisation. Where do we stand in our evolution towards a world of joy where nations have realised this joy in their own way? The national attitudes that prevail today primarily emphasise demarcation from other nations, the right to self-determination. In this way, the happiness of one’s own citizens is to be secured. History teaches us that disrespect for the rights of other nations leads to conflict. For this reason, it is becoming increasingly urgent to integrate the striving for peaceful coexistence into the constitutions of countries and to implement it accordingly.
